I called to inform that I did not receive an item. The phone number used took me to some telemarketing sight asking for all of my information, which I was not aware until the end. They said they needed the info to verify my account and to issue the refund! I tried to email using the email address on the invoice - again, email does not work.
I am now being forced to cancel my credit card and will not don't know how I will get my refund. BUT, I will not be using this company again!
